“Yesterday while channel-surfing I came across a video 'Tour of the Park Tool Company'. I found it informative and was pleased to learn that all its tools are designed and manufactured in-house, US-made. This adds to my confidence that items I buy from Park (in addition to the ones I already have) will be made of the best and most appropriate materials and standards.”

“Park is the 'Snap-On' of bicycle tools. Most tools are the best, some common tools from Park however cost more but their quality is often as inferior as the imported stuff, and for Park's reputation sake, should discontinue common hand tools line unless they can up-the-ante and make replacement parts for them or at the very least use old-school tool steel. I am NOT the first, nor the last person/mech to say this. When will Park read and heade public (mechanics) opinion on this? Still loves ya's all the same - 4 stars !”

“Park Tool makes the absolute best products with what I would consider reasonable prices. I am a home mechanic that builds and repairs my own bikes (and an occasional friend's repair). I have bought a lot of Park Tools over the years and it would almost rival a bike shops assortment. My favorites are the torque wrenches and a pro-level repair stand. Their website is very easy to order from and their how-to videos make learning easy. There is nothing I wouldn't try to do myself first thanks to Park Tools.”

“I’ve always been a fan of PARK TOOL and still am, but I’m disappointed. I ordered 4 tire pressure gauges and 2 small wrenches. After receiving the shipment I emailed to inform that I had only received one gauge and one wrench and was told the balance would be sent. When i received the second package it only had one gauge and the second wrench. It’s not the money, but after they got it wrong the first time I thought they would get it right the second time. At that point it was not worth emailing a 3rd time to see they could get the order right.”
