“I broke the collar on my PCS-9.3 because I was being dumb and had it past the MAX indicator. But I was very happy to find out all of the replacement parts are easily identifiable and purchasable through the Park Tool website. Was worried I was going to have to buy a whole new stand!”

“My dad used parktool as a bike mechanic for many years. I used them growing up on my own bikes and now that I'm in a wheelchair I will be using them for many years! Keep making good quality products and being awesome! Also thanks for making my order right when a tire lever set was left out! It was great to hear that you still have actual humans doing the packing of boxes.”
