“I’ve purchased goods from Patagonia for decades. This is the first time I’ve left a review because of the a product was unusually awful. The woman’s Classic Microdini Vest wouldn’t sell in a Goodwill store! The sizing is a joke - off terribly. The fabric is thin, cheap, unattractive (to be kind).”
“They will confuse you on you're size,suggest wrong size,and screw you're order up,send you wrong size,and make you jump through hoops to get refund. I know my size,don't need Patagonia,create web site to confuse my own knowledge,and screw up order,100%their fault,put back on me to now jump through hoops for them to rectify.Walmart does a better job.I want my money back,and won't shop here no more.REI,don't do me like this,neither does China.”
“I live in Northern California and dealt with having to evacuate due to Dixie Fire. I recently entered a local thrift store and discovered donated items for us fire victims. Donations came from Patagonia and Columbia. The items donated were brand new with tags still on them. 100's of coats, pants, sweatshirts, hats, blankets and many other things had been donated from these companies. I have always loved Patagonia and Columbia but this told me the type of companies they really are! I've told everyone and plan to continue to do so! Y'all ROCK!!! BLESS YOU BOTH💜”
