“Super quick, intuitive process which is very user friendly - I love the simple method of setting up a new policy with such a smooth and easy-to-use interface. Having previously insured with 'traditional' insurance providers, I've grown accustomed to spending hours on the phone listening to my fair share of cheesy hold music and am really impressed by the Peppercorn approach to insuring my vehicle. The 'bot' makes it feel like a really personal experience, not a typical 'chat bot' type of conversation where it chucks a load of pre-loaded responses at you and in the end you take it upon yourself to just call their phoneline after arguing with fake Siri! Their AI was already clued up with my vehicle details, premium, voluntary excess etc. so it was just a case of scrolling through a beautifully designed chat window and confirming everything. The payment process was very quick and secure, I approved the transaction via my banking app and it's all set up ready for my renewal - would recommend Peppercorn next time you're renewing and can't stomach another 4-hour saga with your existing provider.”

“fairly easy to sort some insurance after first attempt wasnt successful, although now two payments for deposit show pending from my bank and ill have to wait for the first payment to be returned”
