“This company is truly amazing from the tragic moment you need to get in touch for their service, although my little baby passed im so grateful for their service, i just received my little juniors ashes back today, after i arranged the collection i decided i would like some extra memorabilia, i asked for a pewter heart with a stand and it’s absolutely lovely i also asked for a framed paw print with his name on, i wasnt thinking straight with i first got in touch but they added everything i asked for after and they have by far exceeded my expectations, the quality of the memorabilia and the service, i would recommend this company to anyone who loves their pet and wants the best for them, rest assured after the heartache you go through after loosing your loved one they make it straightforward and lewis who came and collected my little baby showed so much compassion, lewis deserves a medal for his commitment to this company, hes a gentleman and I appreciate him for what he does day to day and when he came and collected my junior, i knew my little man was in safe hands. They kept in touch and let me know about the delivery service. They delivered when they say they would be and I received text message on the day with an ETA.”
