But it’s helpful being able to keep your pet at home for a while until pick up and then you are informed sensitively of the procedure. Our two dogs were returned home in an equally thoughtful manner. We would recommend the service to anyone .”

It's the hardest thing in the world and with Tia passing at home the last thing we would have wanted to do was transport her somewhere for cremation ourselves so this service was great for us. We got to say goodbye to her at home and they brought her back to us too.

“This company are amazing at what they do. I would only ever recommend Procare Pet Cremations. The whole process was so easy from ease of booking our collection at midnight just after Zeus's accident, to collecting our fur baby the next day (Saturday am). Lewis was very sympathetic, empathetic and professional. He checked what we had requested and explained how it would all be done. He even suggested Zeus's brother (live next door) come have a sniff of Zeus's before he left so he couod understand he wouldn't be coming back. When Zeus was brought home, again, no issues and dry professional and understanding. There was a delay with fur and paw print collection but they arrived a couple days later (hand delivered again) completely professional. You made a very hard and traumatic time a lot less difficult for us. Thank you all to for taking Zeus on his last journey xx”

“Izzy was our beautiful dog, she supported us through tough times and loved us unconditionally. She can never be replaced and will never be forgotten, but due to a cancerous tumour, we had to let her go.
Lewis collected her, and was so gentle with her and respectful.
We were informed when she was cremated and advised when she would be home again, after her cremation. She was returned to us with care and we couldn't have asked for a better or more caring service.

My baby girl Izzy’s ashes arrived home in a beautiful urn which picked as she deserved the best, paw print with her name on, a candle, certificate of cremation and special quote. “Honestly the most outstanding service you could ever wish for when you’ve lost a pet. I lost my beautiful dog very suddenly and they shown us the most heartfelt compassion and care. My pet was incredibly cared for and I was informed throughout. She was hand delivered by a lovely woman back to us, in the most kind and loving manner.
