“I bought a watch for my wife, for Valentines Day. Every aspect of the service I received, was perfect. Queries were handled promptly and efficiently. The packaging and gift wrapping, were excellent. I would definitely buy from Peter Jackson again !”

“I recently purchased a watch from Peter Jackson ., I rang first about worrying about a deposit I sent and Peter who came across so pleasant to deal with , eased my mind and put me onto his assistant manager who was also just as pleasant ., the transaction went smoothly and within 24hrs I was shocked as my watched had arrived., utterly brilliant service .. highly recommend .,”

“First time using Peter Jackson, the customer service was excellent, I asked about the length of a chain on a necklace with a prompt reply, the price of the necklace was standard with the range and the extra 10% off was very welcome. Excellent free delivery, well package in a plain box. I would definitely use this company again without any worry.”

“Very easy ordering service. Also kept updated during the whole process&a swift postage option was used so the item arrived within a very fast time frame. The pen is really lovely&I'm more than satisfied with it. I must mention that as I was a first-time customer I got a very-much appreciated 10% discount so a great price for a Cross pen. “Excellent customer service. My Citizen watch was beautifully presented with the time and date already set and nicely wrapped. There was even a bright pink pen with Peter Jackson on it that popped out when I opened the box, a great touch! Despite it being ordered online at 1.45pm it was sent out with next day delivery and without a postage cost, definitely the icing on the cake!! All in All, I am delighted with both the watch and the outstanding customer service. Thank you.”

“First class service! I had been browsing the Georg Jensen moonlight grapes range for a while and to my great surprise, just before Christmas, saw a fantastic deal on Peter Jackson's website for the very piece I was looking for - £450 down from £750. I had not seen it cheaper anywhere else (I have been looking for some time) and it was too good a deal to miss. This was definitely my Christmas present to myself, however, as it was so close to Christmas, I wasn't expecting to receive it until perhaps the new year. How wrong I was! My beautiful necklace arrived on Christmas Eve (beautifully packaged) and I was able to wear it on Christmas day, and I know that I will be wearing it for many years to come. I will certainly be using Peter Jackson again and would recommend to all of my family and friends. Thank you.”
