“Found just what I was looking for at a good price quality very good Excellent customer service after the order was placed one item became out of stock but I was informed more stock was expected date was then confirmed I was kept informed at all stages”

“I've just received my beautiful Brown & Newirth '9ct Yellow & White Gold 3mm Blend Ladies Wedding Ring' from Peter Jackson and I am thrilled with the excellent service I received and the quality of the ring itself. On the website it said there could be a wait time of 4 - 6 weeks to make and receive the jewellery, however I received a phone call the day after my order was placed to say that they had the ring in stock in another of their stores and that we should receive it within the next two days, which we did. I'm really impressed with their communication and efficiency, especially because they were aware we were ordering in plenty of time before our wedding but this didn't delay them at all. The ring is beautiful and has a lot of weight to it. I would definitely recommend ordering from Peter Jackson and will be a returning customer in future. Thank you all for your help!”

“Excellent, friendly professional service. Bought a new Tag watch. Went to try it on at the weekend and went to pick it up the next week after ordering it once I had decided to buy it. Good staff, Nice atmosphere and great service. Had links taken out whilst I waited. Thank you.”

“How good a company is should be measured when things go wrong. Through no fault of their own Royal Mail lost my first parcel. Danny on first contact was polite, understanding to the time scale I wanted the gift and sorted a replacement that has arrived on time. First class customer service. A very happy customer who will use this company again”
