Hi Louisa, unfortunately we can't accept returns on used pillows for hygiene reasons. Really sorry to hear you were disappointed with this policy but hope you can understand. :)

“Bought a number of pillows to replace old ones we had on spare room bed. Feedback from friends is that they are very comfortable. We bought a combination of soft pillows & memory foam pillows. Really happy with purchases”
