“Very disappointed in the pillows, the side sleeper is not Pillow World fault, it made my neck and back ache, the lavender pillows i have yet to notice the lavender scent!!!”

Hi Linda, we always try and match everyone with their perfect pillow but comfort and support are subjective and sometimes it just isn't the perfect fit. Really sorry to hear you didn't get on with your pillow.

Hi Louisa, unfortunately we can't accept returns on used pillows for hygiene reasons. Really sorry to hear you were disappointed with this policy but hope you can understand. :)
