“It's difficult to describe the sort of pillow you want but the one you sent me is.perfect in every way. It is large, it is firmish and it is very comfortable. Well done Pillow World. I am delighted.”

“Since purchasing and using the copper partical pillow my sleep has been so much better, and they are just the right thickness. Thank you pillow world for being there.”
“Great product. Latex pillow.
Pillow World took longer than expected to deliver and their tracking was inefficient. To the extent I wondered if I’d been scammed.”
“After ordering these pillows for some guests who are coming to stay, I have now been informed that due to ‘populate’ demand they will not be in stock until next week which means I will get them God know when and they will be totally useless to me as my guests will have gone by then. Total rip off.”
Hi Lee, sorry to hear you weren't happy. We informed you as soon as we were informed about stock issues from our supplier. We have very competitive prices hence why this pillow was immensely popular. We refunded your full amount after you declined to wait so definitely not a rip off :)
