“I ordered a soft, hollow-fibre pillow from Pillow World but when it arrived it felt as though there was no stuffing in it. On asking for a return, I was told that any opened and used pillows couldn't be returned - even if that pillows had been put in a clean pillow case and tested for 10 seconds.
I would never have purchased from Pillow World had I known about this ridiculous clause. Be careful before you buy.”

“I cannot tell you how disappointed I was. The pillow you sent me was not like the picture on the bag. It was filled so full I couldn’t get my head on it. I undid the pillow and inside it was nothing like the picture. It’s going in the bin.
I should have sent it back it was a wast of £40.”
Hi Yvonne, so sorry you didn't get on with your Sealy pillow. We have had great feedback on this pillow. It is very deeply filled (as mentioned on our site) and perhaps you need a thinner pillow?
“Parcel came in 2 lots which was not confirmed and customer service failed to read the email properly as I stated only half of the delivery came and listed items. In the end second parcel came with sll items delivered”
Hi Bennett, sorry to hear your delivery was a bit of a hassle. We do state in our order confirmation emails that some parcels might arrive separately. Given you ordered quite a large number of pillows, this was more than likely to be the case. Glad all your pillows arrived :)

“I tried the 'Dunlopillo Super Comfort Latex Pillow' for 3 nights, it was hard and most uncomfortable, causing my neck to ache. I called customer service for support but I got none. Tried to buy the other pillow 'Dunlopillo Serenity Deluxe Latex Pillow' hoping to get the 'buying 2 pillows discount' which they are offering, but they refused saying I have to order the two at the same time. Considering there are only 5 days in between, I did not agree with their excuse. I am not happy with this purchase as I ended up with an expensive pillow that I cannot use.”
