However, due to a mistake by Pillow World they sent a second delivery of the same order.
When I spoke to the Customer Services about this mistake, I offered to buy the 2nd delivery, even though I didn’t need it. I asked for a discount if I bought it rather than the cost of collecting it. It was refused.
What a waste of time and money!”
