Hi Joan, really sorry to hear your order was delayed. Looking into your order I can see that we only got a postcode as a delivery address. This might explain why it took a little longer to deliver and why the courier struggled to find you.
Hi Polly, our Lavender pillow is filled with lavender microcapsules that release a gentle aroma when in contact with friction. If you try plumping it, your pillow should begin to release its fragrance :)
