“I bought a Lavender pillow and whilst it is a very nice pillow there is no smell of Lavender.
I have bought a pillow spray which helps but am still dissapointed at the lack of any lavender in the pillow.”
Hi Linda, Happy you like your new pillow but saw you didn't get a Lavender scent. The pillow has microcapsule scent technology, meaning it is a subtle scent normally and for a stronger Lavender smell simply give the cover a rub before going to sleep. That will release the scent more strongly for a few hours and help you drift off to sleep. It also ensures the scent stays in the pillow for longer. Unfortunately the company use DPD for their deliveries, the driver didn't even attempt at all to deliver it my flat, they never do where I live, he just went straight to a post office for me to pick up..I realise this isn't the companies fault but unfortunately won't use them again, delivery charges can be expensive enough without them actually being delivered or even tried to.”
Hi Andrew, really happy to hear you are finding your pillows comfortable. As you say, DPD not delivering to where you live is out of our control and by the sounds of it something that happens quite a lot to your address.
