“I'm sorry but I'm not the best person to leave a review on a pillows. I have arthritis in my neck and any pillow the starts of soft but ends up firm is a nono for me as if I end up on my back the firmness of the pillow has me clenching my teeth. I have had years and years of looking for thee pillow for me but haven't found it yet unfortunately and has cost me a fortune in pillows and then have to give them away”
Hi, thank you very much for your feedback. It is very important to us and we take all product feedback into account. Really sorry to hear your pillow didn't help with your neck pain. We do our upmost to try and match you with your perfect pillow but comfort and support are subjective and sometimes it just isn't the perfect fit. Unfortunaly we cannot accept returns on used pillows for hygiene reasons.

“I bought a Lavender pillow and whilst it is a very nice pillow there is no smell of Lavender.
I have bought a pillow spray which helps but am still dissapointed at the lack of any lavender in the pillow.”
Hi Linda, Happy you like your new pillow but saw you didn't get a Lavender scent. The pillow has microcapsule scent technology, meaning it is a subtle scent normally and for a stronger Lavender smell simply give the cover a rub before going to sleep. That will release the scent more strongly for a few hours and help you drift off to sleep. It also ensures the scent stays in the pillow for longer.
