Hi, really sorry to hear your Tempur pillow didn't live up to expectations. Sometimes it takes a while to get used to a new pillow, and sometimes it just isn't a perfect fit. We try and match everyone with their perfect pillow but comfort is subjective after all. :)
“Very easy to see what pillows are available and what ones best suits your sleeping needs. I never thought so much mattered with a pillow. I am very impressed with the selection and different options available. The prices are quite high, but if you want to have a decent night then I suppose you have to pay that little bit more.
Time will tell when I get my pillows as to how much I love/don't love them.
I'm quite hopeful as I need a nice, firm pillow that doesn't go like a pancake after a couple of nights use.”
“The pillows we ordered were delivered quickly and were packaged well. Once opened adn allowed to expand, we put them in the pillow cases and got ready to test that night.
Since then, we have had great nights sleep. They have cured my partners neck pain and I can drift off to sleep very easily now. And the price was the best we could find. Would really recomend”
