“Was really looking forward to receiving my new pillow as I have been suffering neck pain. However, I am extremely disappointed as I found it extremely uncomfortable and if anything the pain was worse. The pillow is now stuffed in a cupboard never to see the light of day again. Complete waste of £80+.”

Hi Jamal, at competitive prices our Dunlopillo pillows are incredibly popular. We advised on the site and after purchase that the delivery time was slightly longer on these pillows but we despatched as soon as we had more stock in. “I ordered these pillows because I experience neck/shoulder pain in the mornings and your website described these pillows as being appropriate for a side sleeper with pain issues. The pillows arrived and I was eager to try them. However, I consulted your returns protocol and was disappointed to learn that returns would only be accepted if the pillows were unused and in original packaging. Since I have no idea how I’m supposed to know if they are suitable to deal with my pain issues unless I can actually try them, I had no alternative but to return them immediately.”

We always try and match everyone with their perfect pillow however comfort is subjective and sometimes it isn't a perfect match. It is industry standard to not accept returns on opened and used pillows for hygiene reasons. Pillow hygiene and cleanliness are of upmost importance to us and our customer hence our reasoning for not being able to accept your return.

“Delivery of the pillows I bought was prompt but the delivery company they use (DPD) is dreadful as they make no attempt to see if you're in & then completely ignore the instructions you give re where to leave the parcel. Unfortunately my pillows were too firm so had to return them, but that is a nightmare to do as well. I strongly recommend that you buy from a store if possible.”
