“At ÂŁ16 per pillow I'm disappointed by my 'Hotel Quality Luxury pillows'. They go to almost totally flat when you put your head on them. I've had to use an extra pillow underneath which is what I was trying to get away from. I've sent a photograph to Pillow World but have yet to receive a response.”
Hi Linda, really sorry you didn't get on with our Hotel Luxury pillow. This has consistently been one of our most purchased and highly rated pillows on the site so its a shame you didn't find it the same. Different pillows and their fillings will have a different feel and structure to this pillow, it all depends on your preference. We always try and match everyone to their perfect pillow but sometimes it just isn't a good fit.
