“Complained about the pillows as soon as they arrived to say I had unzipped 1 got a faint smell of lavender. Definitely not as described. I was told unable to refund.
Just to add to the bad review and poor customer service skills. I have had the pillows less than a month and the one I opened to use is already misshapen and flat.”
Hi, really sorry you didn't get on with our Lavender pillow. This has consistently been one of our most purchased and highly rated pillows on the site so its a shame you didn't find it the same. Different pillows and their fillings will have a different feel and structure to this pillow, it all depends on your preference. The Lavender pillow is filled with thousands if microcapsule's that are activated when you fluff and plump the pillow. We always try and match everyone to their perfect pillow but sometimes it just isn't a good fit.

My daughter has spent pound’s on different pillows, makes and sizes. Although expensive both the boys are thrilled to bits and say these pillows have certainly improved their sleep .. well worth the money .. thank you!!”
