Hi Susan, really sorry to hear you didn't get on with your pillow. We try and match everyone with their perfect pillow but comfort is subjective and sometimes it just isn't a perfect fit.

“Ty so much, I've had these pillows before,They are so comfortable. I had a temporal lobectomy (brain surgery) done . I've found these pillows to be so comfortable and they are just perfect for padding. When it comes to rating I would give them 10 out of 10.”
