Our customer service team do everything they can to facilitate address changes but sometimes DPD still deliver to the incorrect address. Unfortunately this is out of our control. Hi, its industry standard not to accept returns on opened and used pillows for hygiene reasons. Really sorry about the frustration this has caused but hope you can understand :)
