Hi Allyson, really sorry to hear you didn't get on with your pillows. We always try and match everyone to their perfect pillow but comfort is subjective and sometimes it just isn't a perfect match. Its industry standard not to accept returns on used pillows for health and hygiene reasons, Hope you can understand :)

Our customer service team do everything they can to facilitate address changes but sometimes DPD still deliver to the incorrect address. Unfortunately this is out of our control.
