Hi Christine, really sorry to hear DPD didn't leave the parcel in your safe space. Unfortunately we have no control over where DPD leave their parcels but I understand how frustrating this is. Whilst there is not much Pillow World can do we have fed this back to DPD who will take it into investigation.

Hi Paul, really sorry to hear you weren't happy with your pillows. We have got lots of great reviews on these pillows but comfort is subjective and sometimes it just isn't a perfect fit.
