“The side sleeper pillow I ordered was so hard it was as if I was lying on a block of concrete totally unusable and even though I placed a cover on it before trying it Pillow World refused to accept a return and told me to donate the item to a charity shop!”
Hi Clare, really sorry to hear you weren't happy with your pillow. It's always our goal to help you find your perfect pillow, but comfort is subjective and sometimes it just isn't the perfect fit.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on used pillows for hygiene reasons.

Hi, our Lavender pillow is filled with lavender microcapsules that release a gentle aroma when in contact with friction. If you try plumping it, your pillow should begin to release its fragrance :)
