“If I can give them 0 stars I would do that. I booked 4 seats in one booking for a concert and they assigned me 3 together and 1 seperate, and they are refusing to rectify it. Their "solution" is for me to book tickets in a higher category and spend more money so I can have 4 together. Absolutely ridiculous and they refuse to solve the issue. Pathetic service and horrible customer support. I even wanted to cancel the whole thing but they said no refunds! Very disappointed and they really just don't care about customer satisfaction”
