Scam organization! We have had problems with it twice! Order #22758114: the event was canceled, but the refund was not the correct amount! Order #23139071: we were additionally forced to buy tickets at the box office again because the tickets were not delivered on time! The support service only looks for reasons not to refund the money! Be careful with Platinumlist!

If I can give them 0 stars I would do that. I booked 4 seats in one booking for a concert and they assigned me 3 together and 1 seperate, and they are refusing to rectify it. Their "solution" is for me to book tickets in a higher category and spend more money so I can have 4 together. Absolutely ridiculous and they refuse to solve the issue. Pathetic service and horrible customer support. I even wanted to cancel the whole thing but they said no refunds! Very disappointed and they really just don't care about customer satisfaction

Platinumlist takes 34 AED as a guaranteed refund recharge. I also booked two tickets for Lucky Ali concert at zero gravity, for me and my daughter on 20th Jan. At the gate we were denied entry saying that my daughter still Haa two months to be of 21 years. And that they will refund my money. Since then I'm following up with platinumlist. But only email I receive is their terms and conditions and inability to refund If you don't let people entre, you must have a policy to refund the money. It's very unfair management Not worth trying for anyone

On 7 January 204, I bought two tickets from Platinumlist for my wife and I to attend the Hamilton play at the Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi. I intended to reserve the tickets on her birthday on 18 Jan, however, somehow, I accidently reserved them for 17 Jan. I didn’t realize this until I received the email from Platinumlist confirming the purchase. So, I immediately called Platinumlist and asked if I can change the tickets to 18 Jan. The Platinumlist representative said it was my fault for the mistake (and I agreed), but she would send my request up to management and someone would call me within 24 hours. No one called me, so I called Platinumlist back on 13 January and asked again if I can change the ticket. The rep told me it was my mistake (and I agreed again) and I had to call Etihad Arena to change the tickets. So, I called Etihad Arena, who told me if I bought the tickets directly through Etihad Arena, they could easily change my tickets. But since I purchased them through Platinumlist, I needed to have Platinumlist change the tickets. So, I called Platinumlist for the 3rd time and after explaining the situation and requesting help, we got disconnected (or she hung up on me). I called back and got a rep who kindly reminded me it was my fault for accidently reserving the tickets for the wrong date, but someone would call me back within 24 hours. A Platinumlist rep did call me back that day, and said they are still reviewing my request, and someone would call me back within 24 hours. Two days later, a rep called me back and said they are still revieing my request and someone would call me back soon. No one called me back to fix the problem. So, we went to the play on 17 Jan. Yes, it was my fault for reserving the tickets for the wrong day, and my mistake for ordering the tickets from Platinumlist.

They oversold tickets for the Legends football match in Dubai. So many people could not find seats and were told they could not stand so had to leave. Having contacted the company twice and being promised a return call they remain silent and will not issue a refund. Avoid using this company to book tickets

I am still waiting for my refund after been double billed by this company, sent them several emails and they promised to look into it…. Been more than 10 days now

I bought tickets for an event and didn’t get the QR codes. I tried to contact them over the phone they didn’t answer so I was obliged to buy new tickets and wasn’t refunded even though I was charged 35 additional aed for refund. Their answer was that I have booked for next day and didn’t show me any proof and I wasn’t able anymore to access my account in order to prove it. Very bad experience with them I don’t recommend it

Despite following instructions their advisors have given me, they are saying I am not elite for my refund which I am fully in my right to receive and now their customer service team have been ignoring my messages for the past 14 hours despite being online and glorify their ‘20 minute respond time’. It’s becoming very stressful and I’m extremely unhappy as I feel that my issue is not important na dim being ignored. 999aed is a lot of money to me, specially when I paid extra for their refund guarantee.

The ecommerce opt-in additional services without my explicit consent. Very bad experience, asked to their Customer Service to fix it and to refund the service I didn't want, but no refund has been provided
