Platinumlist takes 34 AED as a guaranteed refund recharge. I also booked two tickets for Lucky Ali concert at zero gravity, for me and my daughter on 20th Jan. At the gate we were denied entry saying that my daughter still Haa two months to be of 21 years. And that they will refund my money. Since then I'm following up with platinumlist. But only email I receive is their terms and conditions and inability to refund
If you don't let people entre, you must have a policy to refund the money.
It's very unfair management
