I bought tickets for an event and didn’t get the QR codes. I tried to contact them over the phone they didn’t answer so I was obliged to buy new tickets and wasn’t refunded even though I was charged 35 additional aed for refund. Their answer was that I have booked for next day and didn’t show me any proof and I wasn’t able anymore to access my account in order to prove it.
Very bad experience with them
