“I am so disappointed. I ordered on Thursday and paid for next day delivery and DHL have advised me it will be delivered on Tuesday”

Just to clarify, DHL and many other couriers do not operate over the Easter weekend, which unfortunately affected deliveries over that period. “I was excited when I found this company and I placed an order. However the delivery never arrived. No response on live chat for two days (during office hours). Needless to say I m somewhat disappointed. I hope that someone will get in touch with me and sort it out.”

“I am sure this is a great product. It is just I have not received it. It has been missing with DHL for ten days and I am getting no help from PlayFaire at all. They have ignored my emails. Very very disappointing. If I don’t get a response soon I’ll have to claim a refund from my credit card company.”

“I paid the extra for next day delivery - it didn't arrive and there was no notification or reply to my 2 email enquiries . It's due for delivery today but It still hasn't been acknowledged that 3 postal days have passed. Let's hope it turns up!”
