“I paid the extra for next day delivery - it didn't arrive and there was no notification or reply to my 2 email enquiries . It's due for delivery today but It still hasn't been acknowledged that 3 postal days have passed. Let's hope it turns up!”

“Never received delivery DHL delivered my package to a stranger, sent a picture of my parcel at a random house! Poor communication. Have done nil to rectify the situation Am £140 out of pocket . No Connetix tiles. Absolutely appalling”
