“Exceptional Customer Service I recently placed my first order with this company, and while there was a small issue with the item, the way they handled it was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I reached out, their team was prompt, understanding, and incredibly efficient. They arranged a replacement to be sent out the very next morning and even organised a DHL collection for the return. The return label arrived quickly, and everything was clearly communicated. What truly impressed me was the level of care and professionalism in their response, it really sets them apart from many other brands. I've been following them on Instagram for a while and had high hopes, but they’ve exceeded all expectations with how they handled this situation. If you’re considering ordering from them, do it, you’re in very good hands. I’m genuinely grateful for the experience and will definitely be a returning customer. “I was searching for the Connetix Tiles Creative Pack (102 pcs) and came across the Play Faire website. Having never heard of the company before, I was a little hesitant to place an order. But I went ahead — and I’m so glad I did. I accidentally ordered two of the same item (the checkout process was a little too smooth!), but when I got in touch, I spoke with Jessie Arnold, who was incredibly helpful and reassuring. She let me know that one of the orders would be cancelled and that the refund would be processed within a couple of days. True to her word, the refund landed in my account just as promised. I also asked for a quick follow-up email for peace of mind, and she followed through right away. Honestly, the whole experience was faultless. The item arrived the very next day — within 24 hours — and I was genuinely impressed by how fast and efficiently everything was handled. It was also packaged really well. Based on this first experience, I would sincerely rate Play Faire a solid 10/10. It’s clearly a well-run, customer-first company. I won’t hesitate to order from them again in the future, and I’ll definitely be recommending the website to other parents. Absolutely delighted.”
