“Has been calling on multiple numbers constantly for 2 months I’ve blocked 15 numbers yet they just call on different ones I have rejected 8 calls today and the last one just got on my last nerve I answered and got hit with the most cocky arrogant bloke I’ve ever witnessed in my life. Apparently the office is based in Bristol yet as a Bristolian I’ve never spoken to one yet so find that hard to believe the bloke or boy I spoke to was apparently from Sunderland so that should narrow it down. As a business owner my self if I had someone working for me like that I would be ashamed. If u have insurance from polly I’d cancel it. Not a company if they employ people like that. Disgusting. As a person who’s suffered abuse by the hands of a man like that it was triggering. Calls are recorded so you’ll hear the trigger in my voice with the arrogance. And the way I reacted. AVOID AVOID AVOID”
“Harassed me none stop over 4 days on multiple different phone numbers, which I kept blocking. They were told twice I wasn't interested as had sorted insurance through someone else. Now I'm getting calls 4+ times per day from random numbers so I am sure they have sold my details on and I am seriously considering changing my mobile number now. AVOID!!!”
“I only wanted to get a quote sent via email or text message, but instead got hassled with phone calls and pushed to sign up when all I wanted was a quote. Ended up just trying to ignore phonecalls but they rang on different numbers from different areas, one being from my area (and at the time I was waiting for an important phonecall so I answered thinking it was the call I was expecting), no it was Polly again trying to push me to do the application 7 months onwards.
Also I'm certain they sold my number because I've been getting spam caller after spam caller since doing the application.”
“Wanted just a quote initially via email or similar. I stead all I got was a lot of calls from various numbers including mobiles which continued even after I asked not to be contacted. On one time when I picked up I got a rude salesmen who instead of was annoyed I hadn't picked up his other various calls and then was annoyed I said it wasn't a good time. He then put the phone down on me (great way to earn commission that!). Much better companies out there who will be polite and make it easy for you and not guilt trip you into taking out life cover”
“Sells your information on to 3rd parties without prior permission, non stop harass you with calls from mobile phones before 9am- all which are highly illegal and break several date information and GDPR laws.
Guess what?- STILL BOT GOT A QUOTE FROM THEM!
My advice would be don’t touch polly.co.uk with a barge poll because they will not play by the law.”
“I scheduled a call with them as I work but they rang 3 hours before the time agreed since then I've been bombarded by calls off them at all times of the day uta quiet annoying
And if you do speak and tell them your busy there rude and abrupt”

“Since requesting more information about Polly, I've had 4 different mobile numbers call me. Every time I block them they call me from another mobile number. It can only be them as I've had my number for 7 years and they're the only company ive ever given my number to and the next day I'm hounded with calls.

“The guy I spoke to was friendly but I’m worried incase it is a scam as they calling me from mobile numbers rather than office number and reviews I have read people are saying it’s a scam. I have had documents through which all look ok but I can’t tell legit from fake. Why would they call from mobile numbers and different ones as well. This has made me a little wary”
“Went through a 30 minute intrusive call to be denied the only thing mentioned was having a personality disorder, is this not discrimination? So I can’t provide my child with financial support on the future bc you think I’m going to top myself? Think they need to realised that having a mental illness doesn’t mean I’m going to unalive myself. Also found out the don’t actually provide insurance but they sell your info on to 3rd parties… so I’m pregnant with no life insurance in place and now will get bombarded with strange scam companies. Fantastic. Just what I needed”
“Presumed the quote would be given online to then be phoned 3 times within 2 hours of entering my details, attempted to pick up the 3rd call and was then hung up on, no voicemail left at any point. I have been asked to be taken off the call list so hopefully that should resolve my issue.”
“Filled in an online form for a quote. Since then, they have HOUNDED me with calls multiple times a day, every day. Never leave a voicemail, never email, just keep calling. Every time I block the number they keep calling from a new one! Never been so spammed with calls from a company and for that reason alone, I wouldn’t even consider taking out a policy with them.
