“Bombarded and harassed with phone calls, over 10 in the space of 24hrs, calling every working hour and then some - even if they were the cheapest on the market I wouldn't go with them purely due to their approach at getting customers. DO NOT COMPLETE THE FORM.”

“I enquired about a quote online and had a call from Jamie Coales and went through the questionnaire. It wasn’t guarenteed I was going to sign up as I believe in shopping around. Jamie was lovely and friendly up until the point where my husband could be covered and I couldn’t, he was trying to get me to sign up which I explained I was only ever after a quote, as there was no option on the site to fill in some basic questions and be presented with policy quotes. That’s when things turned sour. Jamie’s Response was ‘from my experience it’s better for one of you to be covered, rather than cutting your nose of to spite your face and leaving your husband unprotected’!!!! It very much became a weight issue for me, despite me currently being pregnant. It quickly became very insulting, and insinuating that I control my husband etc. properly turned me off from using polly. I would have potentially have taken the cover for my husband if it didn’t quickly become insulting when he wasn’t getting a sale. I’ve worked in sales before, and I’ve worked with people like Jamie, who turn sour when things don’t go their way and that’s enough to not even look at the company twice if that’s how they’re gonna be. 🚩”
“Harassing calls from numerous mobile numbers block they call off a new one!!! 8 or 9 calls a day for 12 hours - wouldn’t deal with this company now ever it’s harrassment”

Answered today months after my initial enquiry told them ai was no longer interested to then be told don’t want to look after your kids do you not, horrible vile little man steer well clear from this company”
“As with all the other reviews, spoke to an advisor, got a quote by email (after deflecting push from agent to buy immediately), since when have been bombarded with daily calls from multiple numbers (all now blocked!). Wish I'd never contacted them in the first place. Have called them and asked them to stop calling, we'll see if that has any impact. Will not now consider buying from them, if this is their approach to customer experience.
Note -the company is Candid Insurance, they operate as Polly, Tom, Winston and Anorak, so avoid them all!”
