"my funko pops arrived damaged. terrible packaging. Popcultcha needs to educate themselves on how to package their funko pops with care. they believe using ONLY their thick cardboard box is considered \"great packaging\" when it is NOT great packaging at all because the funko pops will STILL get damaged through mishandling of packages by the couriers if there is no protection inside it from being double boxed or using bubble wrap like other funko pop sellers use. \r\n\r\neven worse, Popcultcha refused to give me a refund and they ONLY give you a replacement damaged box if you make ANOTHER order, which is REALLY messed up. why would i want to make another order when you failed my first order?? their logic makes no sense. i'm uncomfortable doing business with Popcultcha due to their bad ethics and behaviour concerns. terrible service and a bunch of scammers. this is unprofessional and unacceptable. waste of my money that i can never get back. \r\n\r\ndon't shop here - stick to the funko pop stores that ACTUALLY know what they're doing!! i had one of the worst experiences ever shopping with Popcultcha, so take my word for it and steer clear. i have attached photos of my damaged funko pops in my review so everyone can see how bad the damage is. if you're a serious funko pop collector like myself who REALLY CARES for the condition of the funko pop box, i highly DO NOT recommend shopping here unless you don't care to waste your money"

"Received 36 exclusive pops. Very excited although I did not realise the high postage cost and the \u00a367 for customs.\r\nThey came squashed and basically \u00a3350 of pure rubbish, I sent emails and said could I please have any sort of help. They said the contents ( the pops) can be used and played with for purpose the outer packing does not matter .. I keep them perfect as a collector and at this high cost really just a awful experience. Avoid at all costs. 1\/2 the pops we\u2019re squashed and creased not at all fit for any purpose.\r\nMore upset being told that they won\u2019t help in anyway as the out packing of the pops aren\u2019t what they sell just the contents.\r\n\r\nPictures were very clear and just very dissapointed. \u00a3350 was spent and honestly received \u00a3100 worth maximum."
