“Unfortunately I ordered 2 products with popcultcha months before Christmas but as the order arrived end of November I noticed only 1 product in the box.
The invoice stated they gave me a voucher for the price of my original product only rather than the product itself.
I called and they stated they are out of stock of the product and will not order anymore back in ever.
Online, the product still states it is in stock.
They have refunded my money which Is why I gave them 2 stars rather than 0, but the lack of communication about the problem was so rude. Obviously before Xmas I needed my gift and the fact that they didn't say anything about being out of stock until after it arrive was so unfair, there are now no stores who can deliver before Xmas and If I had only been aware of the issue earlier, like, as soon as they as a company realised, it would have been easy to rectify.
I rarely shop online and this is just a terrible experience of another online shop 😔
“To use a metaphore I would say that Popcultcha is like a Disneyland where the staff dressed as Mickey Mouse runs around drunk swearing at kids, beautiful place but appalling customer service.
Damaged orders happen, and 99% of the businesses wouldn't think twice about offering a replacement, but not Popcultcha, which primarily sells collectibles, ironic.
So far it has happened three times, each and every single time my original contact to customer service was downright ignored for months (yes, that's the amount of time I've waited each time before trying to get in contact a second time thinking they might have been overly busy).
To top it all off, after the last damaged order I originally sent the incident report through their online form, waited and waited, so I decided to call the store to be told to send a query by email as they "didn't read those" (online forms), email which was then ignored for months...
Not a one star review because the products themselves are amazing, but the customer service is the worst I've experienced so far and their policies clearly show that they have no passion whatsoever for what they sell nor do they care about having a satisfied clientele and it's truly disheartening.”
“Used to be great. Probably the best. These last 2 or 3 months they have declined drastically. I have an order missing, tracking says still awaiting international flight since 31st October!! Yet, my other orders from the same Popcultcha are arriving slowly. No customer care contact, no help, they got thier money so they dont seem to care. Items missing and i highly doubt i will be contacted even after multiple emails and messages on thier facebook page. Ridiculous!”
“2 months after ordering the package, it was nowhere to be seen. I emailed them looking for it. I got an automatic email about the package getting shipped a day later. Tried to getting in touch with them...no answer. The package showed up 6 days after I've sent the email”
