“They just emailed me that they'd closed my order and gave me a gift certificate or refund without any explanation. But before I replied to their email they just send a gift certificate which I didn't agree to have. Replied through email to them that I want a refund rather than the gift certificate 2 days later still no refund no email back from them. This company is terrifying and has a horrible customer service. I'd never experience this kind of problem until popcultcha. I will never order from them again. I need my refund.”
“Absolutely disgusting customer service. Constantly ignored and lied to. I’ve been waiting two weeks now for a preorder pop that recently came in stock after I ordered it last year. My friend ordered five months after me and received his. When I called to ask where mine was they claimed it would be five business days (but they didn’t expect it to be that long) and that it wasn’t in chronological order. Fast forward 7 business days and I still have no pop. When I called again they said it was done in chronological order and my turn would be soon. When I said that my friend who ordered after me already has his and that the other person told me differently he went completely silent and couldn’t provide an answer.
Don’t waste your time and energy. So much worse than they ever were before. Using covid as an excuse for poor organisation and appalling customer service.”
“I brought 4 pop figures all arrived with the box broken. Customer service won’t do anything they say the product is the pop figure itself and not the box. I’ve never received pop figures in such a bad conditions before. I want my money back or replacement pop figures.”

“Absolutely no communication whatsoever. Emails go unanswered for weeks and then you get a generic cut and paste response that does not even answer the question you asked. I have had an order in since March 2021. After I enquired as to an eta I was eventually told it would be June. Now I’m told it will be March 2022. A full year after placing my order. They state covid as the problem of course and state that they can’t get shipments through, Funnily enough I could place my order for the same item through Amazon Australia today and have it in under a week. I have no idea how a company that does not even bother replying to emails for weeks on end can stay in business. This will be my last ever order through them. I would rather pay extra and deal with reputable companies”

I've read the terms & conditions - 2 weeks of preparation is not even stated.”

They pack it and don’t care that the buyers are collectors and are paying for new undamaged items. They also don’t like negative feedback on their eBay store they will block you because they can’t handle criticism. Big cry babies.

Not sure what postage service they would expect to be handling a pop in such a manner that it would be melted. Ridiculous customer service.”
“Would give zero stars if it was an option. Ordered a pre-order at the beginning of the year which had an ETA of March. It's now a full 6 months past that ETA and no update of where this is despite them currently selling a SECOND preorder of the same item. Contacted them in May, first email was ignored, second email took 4 weeks to get a reply. They sent an automated response which basically said they couldn't keep to their ETA dates and had no idea when they could fulfill orders. The fact they're selling a second batch when they admit to not having a clue when they'll be able to even fulfill the first batch is beyond bad business practice. Pretty sure that would almost border on theft....would not recommend and am surprised they can stay in business if they treat all customers and all orders this way.”

“Incredibly slow shipping, customer service refuses to answer questions, yet work hard to give you the runaround. After days of asking about the slowness to ship items that were in stock, they finally shipped the package once I requested a refund.”
“Exactly the same feedback as previous comments. My parcel was damaged during trafic, I sent them a message with pictures, no answer, 4 weeks later I sent a message on Facebook (some people told me they answer quicker there) but the message was never readed. I sent another email and still no news. They only send the automatic messages saying that they are busy and will come back to you but this never happens. It’s actually frustrating to see how "busy" they are doing videos on they Facebook Chanel but are not able to answer customers. One thing is sure I won’t order anymore from their website. Sad to see that it’s all about getting money but for me it’s the costumer satisfaction the most important.”

“I received a flawed product (funko pop) from them recently, after more than a month of waiting, and sent them an email with pictures, asking for a solution or something, and there is no response. As others have said, this company is BS and have no customer satisfaction guarantee. They never get back to people, no matter how urgent your concern is. I don't even live in Australia, yet I took the risk of ordering from another country far from me, and they send something flawed and don't even respond to the concern; I messaged them on both twitter and through email. AVOID IT!”
“As many here said, the customer service is garbage and a woman from the popcultcha store when I called was unbelievably RUDE and did not even have the capacity to explain the return policy properly. Then she proceeded to snicker several times when I asked for more clarification as I am an international customer. How dare you laugh and snicker at a customer because of YOUR lack of ability? Disgusting. No other worker was clear about the return policy either, it was so strange how much confusing they were making it as possible. I have not even received my order yet for over a month, and am now worried about getting damaged products like other reviewers here. I wish I got that snickering bi*ch's name so I could let others know. Also, site kept malfunctioning when over 3 items were added to cart. So what if they "have" what you need?
