“1st shipping was delayed because they put Texas on my shipping address instead of Arkansas. Next they called to verify state days later. I asked if it could be shipped faster since it was delayed, (because I had a job scheduled and needed the parts) I was told they would check with their manager and call me back. Never called me back. The parts did not even get shipped until a week full week later. I ordered from another company and got my parts before they even shipped my order.”
“I place this order 1 month ago and I just received email about delivery..I sent a mail to let them know to I don’t need this chemicals anymore and no body answer to me .. really bad communication with this company”
“I wrote powerwash twice to cancel the order once the same day I placed the order and again 2 days later. No response and the order wasn't canceled. The shipping charges were extreem for a less than 1 ounce tiny piece of metal. I was charged $19.21 shipping! It arrived Nov 1, 4 days after the initial order. Return would take 2 days and cost $4.87 by USPS.”
“Package was damaged en route but UPS never delivered it. I have reached out to Powerwash.com about the issue and looking for next steps. For now I am out the money with no response”
