“You guy’s are usually great. With this order I waited till about 3 weeks to call and ask what was up. Order processed on 8/18 I called on 9/9 and was told a suction strainer was not in. I wish you would have sent it without the strainer. It was unfortunate but I will still be a returning customer. When I called he was very receptive and sent order right out.”
