“I purchased a vehicle from Primecom Technolgies LLC -an auto dealership customizing vehicles for the TV industry- on December 08, 2021.
I dealt with David Eygoren, Principal, who took my cashier check but did not provide me with the original title stating in was stored at his bank in Silicon Valley but promised to send it within one week. 8 weeks later still no title. DMV refused to issue a new one so this vehicle is unusable.”
“A perfect solution for a condo owner. I live in a unit with assigned parking in front of the building. When I called Primecom to make sure this unit would fit my very specific needs, David was a huge help, I told him that we needed a solution that could be secured both physically as well as to limit who could access could use the charger. Per his recommendation, I got the black Pirmecom unit with app access and a 40-foot cable from the unit to the handle. I did an exhaustive search and this was the only unit to offer all of the capabilities that I needed. It shipped the same day I ordered it. The installation was a breeze and took only a few minutes to mount and plugin. Even though it is waterproof I did add a cover above the unit just for a bit of extra protection. I found this "camera" cover on Amazon for less than $20. With the app I am able to lock down charging so only people with the app loaded and who knows my password can start a session. There is also a small section on the bottom of the unit and base to padlock the whole unit to the cinderblock wall. Best of all, the 40-foot cord allowed me to mount it out of the way so that it was not visible. I have two cars that charge at 32 amps and 16 amps. I monitor the app while charging and am always right at the maximum charge. I love the convenience and will defiantly do business with David and Primecom.tec in the future. Thank you for making my life easier!!”

I called Primcom directly as one of the reviews in Amazon gave a very good comment.
I don't know much about electricity and wasn't sure what I needed but David patiently walked me through and explained thoroughly what I needed based on the home outlet pics he asked from me to confirm which charger I needed.
I received my charger the next day and flawlessly worked on the new Tesla I purchased.
Had a question 2 days after and again, David was quick to answer and assured me I had the right product from Primecom. Will highly recommend it to others!!!”
“I bought the 32 amp/50 foot version of the 32/40 amp portable charger to use with our Toyota RAV4 Prime. I chose the Primecom charger because we needed a 50 foot cord to reach from the 220V outlet in our garage to the end of our driveway where the car is often parked. The Primecom is the only charger we found that has cord lengths of more than 25 feet. We'd previously used a J1772 extension with the 120 V charger that came with the car, but the heavy male/female J1772 connectors in the middle of the extended cord were a pain when uncoiling/recoiling the cord to use it.
About all I can say at this point (it's too new to say anything about longevity) is that it works as it should, appears to be sturdy and well made, and we're very glad to have the extra cord length.”
“maybe it's just that I used it outdoors in new england, but the charger would only last a few months then die. after two replacements (they do have good customer service if you prod them), I have given up on it. went through three of them in just over a year.”
“Purchased a charge from them and it broke within a month, sent it back to them for repairs almost three months ago and still haven't received my replacement. I've contacted the owner, David, no less that 10 times. I've sent emails, I've sent texts, I've called him. Every time there's an excuses and he says they're sending a new one out. Also if it breaks, YOU have to pay to ship it to them which is about $15. Talked to him on Friday and he said I'd have it Monday maybe Tuesday. Well today is Wednesday and again no tracking info and no charger. Will be disputing with my credit card company.”
