“Great product and responsiveness. When I decided I wanted to upgrade from 16Amp to 32 Amp they were very helpful and solution-oriented. ...and when I called I got an actual person which is rare these days. I highly recommend!”
“Easy to install and works perfectly. The company is very helpful and has great communication. Any questions, just call! David will be happy to answer any questions.”
“I love my 16 Amp Primecom Level-2 Charger. The pre-purchase support was fantastic and the product arrived quickly and well packaged. Works great with my Toyota RAV4 Prime and the Nema 14-50 works at campgrounds.
I also purchased the 5-15P adapter so I can use as a Level-1 and only have to carry one cable.”
“I purchased an EV without a lot of knowledge of chargers and charging options. The representative, David, called, texted, and emailed to ensure that I understood the various options and selected the one best suited for my needs.
I would not hesitate to contact Primecom and recommend them to my family and friends for all their EV charging needs going forward.”
“Perfect match for our service as a 32A would have put us over
Recharge rate works fine for us
Having a choice to go with 50’ cable length was great so we can charge in garage or outside, and saved the cost and hassle of installing an extension from the panel”
“The first charger that arrived was defective. Did some troubleshooting with David at Primecom and a replacement was sent right away. Replacement is working just fine and the customer service from David was excellent. Happy customer!”
“Charger works great on our Toyota Prius Prime and Audi Q5 e. The charger is plugged in to a Nema 14-30 dryer outlet and at 24 amps charging, both vehicles charge in a little over 2 hours. The Prius maxes out at 15 amps while the Audi will accept the 24 amp rate. Awesome!
One item to mention is that when the charger stops charging (and cars are fully charged) the green LEDs continue to blink instead of staying on continuously. The screen shows "connected" instead of "finished" as per the instruction manual. Not a big deal but a little confusing at first.”
