“I requested a refund in September of… I requested a refund in September of 2024 and the project manager tried to bully me into taking down my review by saying they could make it speedier if I took my review down. i refused because my experience was so bad and as you can tell from them trying to bully me into taking it down it is not a great company. Now they will not respond to me. I have not been rude in any way. I have tried multiple times to reach out through chat to be able to speak to someone. I got a response in December that I should expect an email from billing but still nothing and it has been over a month. I have reached out a couple of times since via chat and they see my message and don't respond, today is another time (I screenshot it). This is just such a bad company. I will keep you updated I guess through reviews so others know.”

“I was in the process of getting a refund or at least I thought I was. It has been two months and have not heard anything. I reached out to chat support and they said billing would reach out to me almost two weeks later, but nothing... now when I reach out via chat no one responds at all.... On top of that Emily who was my project manager tried coercion on me by saying if I took down the reviews of my poor experience the refund would be faster. I have attached the email to show. This has been my whole experience with this company and it sucks.”

“This has been such a bad experience. I go Emily as my project manager who NEVER responds. She responds when someone else calls me to see why things have not moved forward and I tell them I have emailed her with no response. I would absolutely not recommend this company and if you get Emily run. I requested a refund and still have not received a response I have followed up multiple times. It's so frustrating. I'm, pretty sure she has another job or is just really bad. I even requested someone else to work on this book and never received a response.”

“They get one star because zero is not an option! This is the most incompetent company in the world for simple editing. I have spent months trying to get a very basic pelling and grammar correctly edited. A disaster!!!! And they now I have to fight to get my money back, because they think another apology and worse editing is going to fix my trust in this company! The first time I asked for a refund was more than a month ago. DON'T go with this company.”

“Do NOT trust this company. They are not helpful at all. We had contracts for services that were never given or fulfilled. They took our money with nothing to show for it at all. We ended our services with this company but they refuse to issue a refund even though we had signed contracts stated if we were not satisfied we were guaranteed a 100% refund. We paid for a website that they have now disabled but with no refund to us at all. We paid for cover art that we do not have access to now. After months of emails with no resolution, they are now completly ignoring the fact that we even exists. They are purely after money with no real desire to help a client get to the finish line with a published book. Please beware of this company. They only want to make promises and then leave you disappointed in the end. After months of asking and being told they would help to resolve the issue, I have still NOT received any refunds for my investment.”

“This company is 100% a scam. I'm writing this review to give a warning to other's before this company fills other's with the same false promises they give me. They sent me a printed copy, they designed me a cover, and they built me a website. All things happened, but I was promised professional editing, wonderful marketing, and a top-notch experience. None of those things happened. My writing received the worst editing imaginable with hundreds of mistakes when I received the final printed copy. I fully believe they copy and pasted my draft and manuscript and hoped I wouldn't notice they never edited the thing. As if the beta readers or myself didn't notice. They never gave me a standard release date. They kept changing their minds and tried to pressure more money out of me every time I asked. I kept asking for a timeline of when they would release my book, but they never gave me an answer. Again, they kept pressuring more money out of me, insisting it was for the best. This company has an L.A number and office, but it's likely they are based out of state. The office address takes you to a book store. All the client reviews on their website aren't real authors. None of the books they claimed to have edited actually exist. I should have taken these red flags seriously, but their sweet words and my excitement blinded me. I can not stress enough, please don't trust them. Do not be blind like I was. The debt they put us in is large. Don't make my mistakes. This company should feel ashamed of lying to naive aspiring writers such as myself, but I know they won't because they will never be punished. We tried to reach out to the company for a refund and the credit card company, but nothing worked. The funds will not be returned, and I feel cheated and betrayed. No one is taking this scam seriously. They put us in so much debt after promising us the book would be a success. I feel betrayed, trapped, and saddened because I truly believed that what they said. I believed they were a genuine small indie house, but I was wrong. All I can do now is hopefully warn others.”

“This company is a scam. No, they are not a real company. They have created fake reviews and are not even located in Los Angeles. They are based out of India. I believe that someone in America has created the company and is sourcing out publishing services in India that are not legit or even speak proper English. They are very clever about it. You will receive an email that is in proper format and English from a Noah Wilson or Rose Williams; simultaneously, you will receive an entirely different email asking you the same questions or giving you an entirely different response with broken English. I only wanted my books to be printed and they couldn't even do that. They didn't even understand the simple book terminology and it seemed as though I was speaking to two different versions of Noah Wilson and other people there. They are NOT a legit company. If at best, they probably will start using Chat GPT or Claude to provide you some half-ass product without even editing it. Trust me, they are a fake company.”
