“Always a good quality product as described for a competitive price. Packaging is robust and delivery prompt. Hoping the herring chews will come back soon. Plenty of alternatives though.”

“Proper Natural was the only place I could get Kong Wild Knots Bears, in the colours (grey & light brown) and sizes (small/medium & medium/large) I wanted. Quick delivery and packed with care, including nice handwritten (by Jack) comps slip. Its the little things that count... They're Christmas presents, so can't comment on their durability! But look and feel good. Thanks Proper Natural.”

“Wonderful company. Great selection of quality products, fair prices and fast shipping. Nice little bespoke touches and good communication. My little dogs gut has become more sensitive as he’s got older and can only tolerate natural, easy to digest products. Will definitely order again after he’s made his way through his Christmas haul! :)”

“My first purchase but definitely not my last. Great service and great products too. The lasting chew items I bought are good quality and the images on the website represent the items I received perfectly. Our dog tried to open the delivery box herself it all smelt soooo good.”
