“Really impressed not only with the quality of the products I received, the care taken with the packaging, down to a hand written thank you and how quick delivery was. As a new dog mum I was worried about my pup having treats full of nasties and I stumbled across proper natural and couldn’t be happier. Will be ordering regularly. My frenchie loves loves loves the rabbit flavour - great for recall training, and the bulls pizzles keep her quiet for ages! :)”

“Unbelievable customer service and thank you Jack for the message. Our XL bully was the happiest Bully when our parcel arrived on time. The smell of the products thou is an acquired taste but proves the freshness. Although The Kong ball was a disappointment as our 80kg Bobbie stripped and swallowed most of it in 7 minutes and now squeaks when he walks. But overall you cannot go wrong with Proper Natural. Great price amazing service super fast delivery and superior products. Thank you.”

“This is such a great company! I’ve been on the hunt for long lasting chews that are good for my dog but also not too expensive and came across this website and it’s been amazing!!! I can’t recommend enough. My dog absolutely loves all their long lasting chews we have tried so far and it’ll take her a good hour to get through a lot of them which is a game changer for us!:) I also love that the nutritional info is all included at the bottom of each treat it’s really helpful and insightful!”

“Have found there products and delivery exceptional. Need treats with one source protein which my Dog with allergies can have. Osteichthyes and Rabbit fits the bill will try wild boar next.”
