“I have ordered several of their natural treats for my puppy, and she has loved almost all of them. Little madame can be a fuzzy eater though, but you cant please everyone anyway. Either way we have in just a few weeks placed three orders with proper naturals and I suspect there will be many more in the future. I did also call them to ask for some advice and they were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.”

“I received a phone call to let me know my order would be delayed by a day or 2 as they were out of stock, I was offered to change my order, but I didn't mind waiting to get the large size of bully sticks I'd ordered, they ingluded a free bag of treats in my parcel... good customer service”

“The large pig ears are the only things getting us through puppy teething and biting! One ear lasts my 12 week old retriever puppy a few days and he is obsessed with them. They are truly disgusting to have around the house and garden but great value compared to all the toys and special chews he has either rejected or gobbled in seconds! We've also been adding sprats to meals and he loves them. I had a negative experience with another product and was so pleased with the way someone responded to my e-mail query with a personal phone call within minutes. Really fantastic customer service.”

“I recently bought the Paddock Farm Pâté for dogs from Proper Natural, and it’s been a total hit in our household. From the moment I opened the pack, I could tell this was something special—rich in aroma, smooth in texture, and clearly made with quality ingredients. My dog, who can be quite picky, devoured it with enthusiasm and has been looking forward to mealtimes ever since. It’s versatile too—I’ve used it as a topper, a training treat, and even stuffed it into enrichment toys. It’s easy to portion and doesn’t crumble or dry out like some other brands. What I really appreciate is the transparency and care Proper Natural puts into their products. The pâté feels wholesome and nourishing, and I love knowing I’m giving my dog something that’s both delicious and nutritious. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to treat their dog to something a little more special. We’ll definitely be ordering again!”
