“Super quick delivery. Had an issue with the fact my voucher code didn't go through so contacted the company and they gave me a refund immediately. Great response and super quick. The products were packed beautifully with recycling materials which is always a good sign. I'll purchase again in the future.”

“This was my first order and the products are great quality and excellent service with a prompt delivery. I have to be careful what one of my dog eats as he suffers with yeast problems but he loves the treats & can't get enough of the pate. Plus it great that you can freeze the pate. Will be ordering again.”

“These pates are super great value! They’re much bigger than I expected and a range of delicious flavours. My cavapoo is very fussy but these win as training treats every time. Can be cut into small or large pieces depending on your dog. Nice and firm to handle in a treat bag.”

“Excellent service with very prompt delivery. The quality if these products is of the very best and I am extremely happy to continue to order from this company. Our puppy is teething and really enjoys the variety of treats he can have to help with chewing. I would recommend these natural products to anyone. No nasty additives or flavourings.”

“Great natural treats. My dog has a really sensitive stomach so wanted some small treats that I can take on walks. These are perfect for your pocket as they don't leave any residue. I just wish they were sold in bigger bags!”

“13 WK lab loved this!!! Literally drooling! Despite it being bigger than him , demolished it in 20mins! First timers here, ( dog and products!) found the website and info all easy to use and helpful. Fast delivery. Also bought the puppy pack so looking forward to seeing him work his way through that.”

“I ordered the large beef trachea and the moon bones. I clearly didn’t read rhetorical details properly as they were huge!!!! Can’t believe they were so big for the price!!! The trachea were actually the same length as my dog, Gary. Gary was utterly thrilled!!!! We will definitely be ordering more.”

“I had to contact customer service who were very quick to respond to my query. The items were delivered on time and were wrapped individually within the box which was a lovely touch. My dog was very excited when the package arrived and everything was as described. I will definitely be ordering again.”

“Treats from Proper Natural are top quality. Our dogs love the chicken feet and another family dog (she can't eat chicken products) loves the fish treats. You can tell by appearance and wholesome smell that the treats are going to be good. We ordered pigs in blankets, pork roll and rabbit meat strips as well this time. The dogs can't wait.”

“Placed an order for my fur baby later than I planned and although the estimated delivery date showed as in January (which was fine as I got her some bits already) they made sure the order came in time for Christmas and now my girl is going to wake up super spoilt :) thanks so much guys!
