“Quick to find on website, easy to add to basket and pay. Only problem I had was there was no email confirmation that the parcel had been dispatched and I had to email asking when I would receive confirmation that the item had been dispatched. Coincidentally the item arrived the following day. Perhaps that’s why I never received an email reply. Took about 10 days in all from purchase to delivery. Quite happy. Pros: Website is user friendly Easy to add items to basket Quick payment method Delivered quickly Cons: No email confirmation *Slow or no email reply to query *would have been courteous to reply and confirm with the customer that the item was delivered and that they’re happy with the product and to thank the customer for potentially letting them know there may be a technical issues with automated emails confirming dispatch.”

“First time ordering from here - order was placed and quick email from them to confirm the order was placed. However I then recieved no updates, even though it says you will get notifications when dispatched etc, and if I look at my order now it still says processing. I sent an email to ask if the order was going ahead as it was supposed to be first class delivery and still haven't recieved a reply a week later. I have since had a reply, and an apology for the slow responce with my postage being refunded as a good will gesture so all in all I am happy with the overall service.”
