Only problem I had was there was no email confirmation that the parcel had been dispatched and I had to email asking when I would receive confirmation that the item had been dispatched. Coincidentally the item arrived the following day. Perhaps that’s why I never received an email reply. Took about 10 days in all from purchase to delivery. Quite happy.
