I use the full Halo system so purenails are my go to and are always brilliant but one day last week a lady, Bev, I think it said order co-ord went above and beyond to help me make sure I specifically got the HEMA free formula in my order for a client rattled a little by all the talk of allergies recently, Bev was amazing and made sure it got sent out speedily too!
