“Was send 2 of the same item on a previous order as they made a mistake then when I received this order they just didn’t sent the item which I think is quite cheeky not sending when I paid and it was there mistake last time”
“I recently tried the new premium acrylic powder in blush pink, along with both medium speed acrylic liquid, and fast setting acrylic liquid. I wasn't very impressed with the clarity of the product.”
“Nails are perfect for having the best nails. Product all good. But wished they packaged their products properly like their competitors. Came wrapped in just bubble wrap in a bag. Should be packed in a box to save breakage. Website also needs sorting out.”
“Purchased a nail drill, nippers and a gel colour.
All was well except with the nippers as they are too stiff and don’t work and when I contacted customer service I was told to oil them which I feel is slightly annoying as they are new and I’ve never had to do this with New nippers before and I’ve tried and they still don’t work.”
“Order was fine,but packaging could have been better,was packed in bubble wrap which was fine,but my hard gel was upside down,meaning when I opened the pot all the gel was stuck to the lid so not impressed,have had to wait for it to level out,so I can use it not impressed!!”
“Polishes are fab love halo, everything always arrives quickly and in perfect condition. However I feel the halo lamps are not great I purchased 2 in September 2022 and both have had lights out already! Emailed and I have to send back lamps for them to be checked to then see if I receive a new lamp or refund which pictures prove there not working as a salon owner its not great to be lamps down this is such an inconvenience.”
