“The product is great but I agree with comments that the bottle is literally so difficult to use. No drops come out after a few uses and it’s such a hassle to even get the product out. Please change the packaging asap so I can continue purchasing this product!”
Thanks for taking the time to review our Qiara Infant Drops and we're glad that you agree that the product is great! We're always appreciative that you have taken the time to provide feedback. The good news is that in the coming weeks we're super excited that Qiara Infant drops will be available with a new squeeze dropper (see photo). In the meantime, with the current bottle it's really important to shake well for 10 seconds before dispensing to ensure that the probiotic mixes well with the oil and the dripolator does not block.
Thanks for your review and we're glad that Qiara was able to benefit your baby through your breastfeeding. Some mums (and babies) may experience flatulence when first starting Qiara and if this occurs we recommend doing what you did and halving the dose until symptoms subside, then slowly increase to the full dose. The flatulence actually demonstrates that it is having an effect and usually disappears after a week or two. “The product itself is great & I believe very effective, however do not buy the drops!!
The liquid is not think enough for the dropper top on the bottle. It just clogs up & you waste so much product taking the top off to clean it.
Very poor design.
Just buy the powder.”
